Can the gift be delivered immediately or scheduled?

Last Updated:

Detailed Answer

Yes. After payment, the buyer can choose immediate delivery or schedule a date and time for each recipient. This lets the gift arrive when it makes sense for the family rather than forcing every recipient to receive it at checkout.

Choosing immediate delivery

Immediate delivery suits a gift that has already been discussed or a recipient who is ready to begin. The buyer completes the required setup details and sends the gift without waiting for a later occasion.

Before sending, check the recipient’s details carefully. A correct email address and clear recipient name reduce confusion during claiming and onboarding. If the gift is unexpected, it may also help to tell the person what Evaheld is so they recognise the invitation.

Scheduling for an occasion

Scheduled delivery can suit a birthday, anniversary, family gathering or another meaningful date. Each recipient is configured separately, so gifts in a Parent Pair do not have to be delivered at the same time.

The buyer should account for time zones and review the scheduled date and time before confirming. A printable certificate can be used when the family wants something physical to present while the digital gift is delivered separately. Delivery timing does not change the recipient’s ownership or give the buyer automatic access to private vault content.
