Each person has their own independently owned Vault. Couples and families can then share selected Rooms, stories, care information, documents and requests without opening their entire Vault to one another. Every item starts private, and the owner decides what is shared, with whom and when.

Yes. Evaheld can be purchased as a gift. The recipient owns and controls their own Vault, and the person buying it does not automatically gain access to private content. It works particularly well for parents, grandparents, partners and families who want to begin together.

No. People you add can receive a Free Vault so they can participate, respond to requests and receive shared information without buying Premium themselves. They only need to upgrade if they want Premium features for their own Vault.

Evaheld is designed to keep your Vault private and protected, with access controlled by your account permissions and the sharing choices you make. If a Free account is deleted, its account data is scheduled for permanent deletion after 4 weeks. If a paid subscription is cancelled, account data is scheduled for permanent deletion 12 weeks after cancellation, providing a defined recovery window before permanent deletion.

A Lifetime Vault is designed for continuity. Once death is verified through Evaheld’s secure process, information is handled according to the customer’s recorded wishes and permissions. Lifetime customers can also schedule eligible future messages for up to 30 years, with Evaheld’s continuity system designed to preserve those delivery instructions even if the company itself is no longer operating.
