Your organisation provides Evaheld, but Charli delivers the emotional value. Each step deepens trust, strengthens engagement, and builds long-term loyalty to your brand.
Charli asks simple, guided questions to personalise the vault and surface what matters most — stories, documents, preferences. This creates early emotional attachment and reduces churn from the very first interaction.
Clients, staff and members begin organising documents, capturing memories, and saving important preferences at their own pace. Continuous small wins keep them engaged and increase platform stickiness.
Users can invite trusted people or schedule messages for future delivery. This deepens emotional investment and anchors your organisation into long-term family continuity.
